Introduction to Human Resources Office

The Human Resources Office is organised into four Teams: Account Servicing I, Account Servicing II, Operations and Rewards, Organisation and Talent Development.

Account Servicing I & II provide one-stop service to all Faculties/School/Offices, including but not limited to staff appointment, re-appointment, benefits administration, performance management, staff review, reward management and staff departures. In addition, individual senior/executive colleagues take on a number of policy/subject/process areas as policy/subject/process owners.

Operations and Rewards reviews and improves policy guidelines/procedures/standard practices/operational notes of various policy/subjects/ process areas.

 

Organisation and Talent Development focuses on learning & development and staff engagement.
